Pirates, we've stumbled across a charming little 5-night stay in Nice with flights, from £280 per person. The date we've found is in October, and the good news is the summer heat still lingers, with the Mediterranean climate prevailing throughout the month. Plus, you'd be saving almost £200 by booking in October instead of September.
You would be staying at Hôtel Byakko Nice, and although it only has three-stars, the reviews are fabulous. Plus, there's a very chilled sun terrace with panoramic views of the city - so we won't complain!
