Pirates, we've had plenty of Mexico deals before, but this might be the first one to Holbox Island. Where's Holbox Island, you ask? It's located north of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, in Quintana Roo. It's a car-free island that is part of the Yum Balam Nature Reserve. Google it, the pictures are pretty amazing. Not sold yet? Holbox is also famous for its bioluminescent waters and whale sharks.
We've found a well-rated 4-star resort on the island that features beachfront villas. You'll get direct flights, and a week's stay in a Junior Suite and all-inclusive basis from £995 per person.
We don't recommend this holiday for those that are looking for a luxury experience at a party hot-spot. This holiday is geared more towards people who are looking to get off the beaten track and stay somewhere that has nature and fewer crowds.
